French centre cited for “gouge”

Fritz cited for "gouge"

Following a review of the RBS Six Nations game between France and Ireland on Saturday last, Florian Fritz, centre for France, has been cited by the independent Six Nations citing commissioner for allegedly making contact with the eyes or eyes area of an opponent during the game.
The player's hearing, before an independent three-man disciplinary committee, is scheduled to take place on Wednesday (11 February) in London.
