At 7.00 pm at the Hilton Hotel, Charlemont Place, Dublin 2 on Wednesday the 1st July we would like to invite Slow Food Members and Friends, members of the public and food communities to meet and chat to many of Ireland’s leading artisan cheese-makers and most importantly to taste their wonderful cheeses. Admission is free and all are welcome.
